What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? Data Management Senior Analyst ensure the timely accurate data objects maintenance. The role require good communication skills as it is the first point of contact in the relation with our customers and agility to understand the process and to adapt to the EM needs.
What are we looking for? • Creation and maintenance of Master Data objects for all client Shared Services Europe customers in accordance with client Shared Services Europe Master Data process designs; • Data Objects in scope: External Customer and Vendors. • Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA); • Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data; identifying and resolving data quality issues concerning Supplier Invoice Management tables; • Adherence to the procedure manuals; • SOx Controls; • Monthly / Bi-Annualy Cleance exercises for data objects in scope. • Deliver training for new joiners; • Acting as back up for Team Leader when needed. Experience Required • University Degree (finance studies is considered a plus). Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required • Good command of English, spoken and written • Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point); • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive, detail oriented and well organized. • Prioritizes own work / understands escalation trigger points.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
