What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of General Insurance team, where would you be managing, Claims Adjudication, Claims Processing /Portfolio Management. Checking on Fraudulent Claims Rating and quoting including receipt, clearance, data gathering and submission for operation of insurance services to set-up new business or renewal submissions in the support of developing an insurance quote.
What are we looking for? • 6-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers (Essential) • Hands on experience of managing the one of the following tasks from the earlier experience from Insurance Underwriting Cycle – New Business Submission, Clearance and Inspection, Status Change, Policy Issuance, Premium Audit/Booking, Reconciliation, Policy Drafting, Mid-term Endorsement, Loss Run, Quote/Booking, Declarations, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Renewal Solicitation, Policy conversion, invoicing, Indexing, Doc management, DMS Filing. • Good to have someone with experience in Re-Insurance Fac and Treaty business. • Support regional UA Manager in overseeing all daily business activities and act as the first point of contact for all UAs in the region. • Triages submission for missing information and follows up with the broker for outstanding items. • Issues policies, endorsements, and cancellations; prepares policy writing instructions and premium billings and processes individual policy filings.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Assists the underwriter in the preparation of business, and metric reports; assists in the review of procedures to resolve issues. • Performs quality control of premium audit statements prior to underwriting review; documents discrepancies and work with the premium auditor for resolution.
