What would you do? Candidate with at least 11-14 years of hands-on experience on static and animated content creation. Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: - Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Google web designer, HTML5, CSS, basic js is a must - Develop original ideas and design concepts aligned with project briefs and brand identity. - Work closely with Creative director and create detailed storyboards to visualize concepts and present ideas to stakeholders. - Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone. - Design and animate 2D/3D assets for product showcases, video content, and digital experiences. - Model, texture, and render 3D visuals for campaigns, packaging, and interactive media. - Organize and manage animation assets, templates, and project files for efficient workflow. - Clearly articulate concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders. - Review and refine animations to meet quality standards, ensuring precision in timing, transitions, and effects. - Analyzing the work received from client/onshore and identify the missing elements in the same. - Stay flexible and efficient in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects. - Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless final outputs. - Prepare output files ensuring they meet industry standards. - Communicates with clients on call, chat, email · Problem solving skills · Capable of functioning and delivering under tight deadlines - Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process - Able to devise ideas quickly - Flexible to work in shifts - Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
