What would you do? The eCommerce Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and scaling content and catalog operations across owned channels and eRetailer / 3P marketplaces. This role will oversee end-to-end CMS update operations, content adaptation, and product information management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality activation of offers, campaigns, and product content across digital commerce platforms. The role requires strong domain expertise in eCommerce operations, experience managing large-scale content operations, and the ability to drive SLA adherence, operational quality, and stakeholder alignment.
What are we looking for? Domain Expertise • Strong eCommerce domain knowledge, including marketplace and owned channel operations. • Understanding of digital commerce workflows from content creation to activation. Platform Experience Experience working with: • CMS platforms • PIM tools (e.g., Inriver, Salsify, Magento etc) • eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Amazon, Rakuten etc) • Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe DAM) Operational Leadership • Experience managing large-scale eCommerce operations teams. • Strong track record in SLA management, operational governance, and quality control. • Ability to manage high-volume content updates and campaign activations. Other Key Skills • Program management and cross-functional coordination • Process optimization and workflow design • Issue resolution and escalation management • Attention to detail and operational rigor Preferred Experience • Experience managing content operations for global brands or large marketplaces. • Exposure to multi-market or multi-retailer eCommerce ecosystems. • Experience working with agency or outsourced operations teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: •eCommerce Content & CMS Operations • Lead CMS update operations across owned websites and support marketplace platform syndication process. • Manage the end-to-end workflow from Content adaptation to offer management to CMS activation, ensuring timely publication of campaigns and product updates. • Oversee content adaptation and deployment across different eRetailer templates and platform requirements. Product Information & Digital Asset Management • Manage operations involving PIM and DAM systems to support product content management and asset distribution. • Lead teams that work with platforms such as Inriver, Magento, Salsify, and Digital Asset Management tools like Adobe. • Ensure proper product data governance, enrichment, and syndication across channels. Marketplace & 3P Platform Operations • Support content deployment and updates for eRetailer / 3PP platforms. • Manage template updates, platform-specific content formatting, and marketplace requirements. • Ensure alignment with retailer guidelines, content standards, and marketplace best practices. Operational Excellence & SLA Management • Lead large-scale operations teams delivering CMS and eCommerce content and activation services. • Define and manage SLAs around timeliness, quality, and operational efficiency. • Monitor operational performance metrics and continuously drive improvements. Issue & Escalation Management • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues impacting content deployment or activation. • Manage issue resolution workflows and escalation management with internal teams and external stakeholders. Stakeholder & Program Management • Partner with marketing, content, digital commerce, and technology teams to align on campaign timelines and requirements especially for Peak period campaigns like 11/11, Thanksgiving etc. • Act as the primary point of contact for operational execution across multiple stakeholders. • Provide reporting, operational insights, and continuous improvement recommendation
