What would you do? Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements Assist in workforce planning and forecasting hiring demand Create and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR analytics, or talent acquisition Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, social media, events) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Manage candidate communication and engagement
Roles and Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles Conduct market research and talent mapping Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Conduct initial HR screening calls Coordinate and support assessment processes (tests, case studies, etc.) Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Ensure timely feedback collection and communication Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Support compensation benchmarking and offer preparation Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation tracking, and acceptance Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding documentation
