What would you do? You will be part of the Data Operation Team supporting client’s feed management, monitoring jobs, data reconciliation, issue resolution and escalation where applicable across multiple sectors/ programs. You will work with our internal users and provide first-level support for issues pertaining to but not limited user issues, investigatory of tech cases that are required to maintain and support both our business and its clients. This includes processing manual or semi-automated feeds, monitoring automated feeds, and troubleshooting and fixing real-time feed alerts or failures. The candidate will manage and monitor automated feeds and Azure pipelines, ensuring end-to-end management of real-time API-based data imports along with exception handling. They will troubleshoot and resolve feed alerts or failures, whether file-based or API-driven, and escalate exceptions with business impacts to senior levels. Additionally, maintaining and reviewing feed reconciliation is a critical aspect of this responsibility. The candidate will monitor automated Visual Cron jobs and automated jobs for import processes in Azure. They will develop processes to track and monitor data push from Azure to Salesforce, reconcile data updates across different platform touchpoints, and produce data-driven reports in Azure, whether ad-hoc, manually generated, or automated. Furthermore, they will develop and support the maintenance of extensive process and technical documentation.
What are we looking for? This involves collaborating with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business teams to troubleshoot data-related issues. The candidate will work on new implementation hand-offs from project teams or other teams, create tasks and reconciliation routines, and perform validation and testing activities. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with documentation and presentation capabilities. They should be team players, fast learners, and proactive individuals with analytical skills to troubleshoot effectively. The ability to meet deadlines and manage stress in high-demand situations is crucial, as is exposure to remote work models. Flexibility towards work schedules is expected, including a 5-day work week with rotational shift duties covering morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, as well as rotational duties on weekends.
Roles and Responsibilities: Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech./BCA/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in IT or Computer Science, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field. They should be familiar with Data Pipeline/ETL tools and Cloud Platforms, and have a solid understanding of Data Quality principles and Data Governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel Power Query, advanced database/SQL skills, and the development of stored procedures is essential, along with programming concepts and application development exposure. A strong understanding of Micro Services/API and Azure (CI/CD) is required, as well as advanced knowledge of Office tools.
