What would you do? The Business Transformation Manager will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, drive digital adoption, and deliver sustainable business growth. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, execute strategic programs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Cost reduction and productivity improvement Process efficiency and cycle time reduction Customer satisfaction improvement Digital adoption rate Change adoption and engagement scores Benefits realization vs business case Establish enterprise transformation governance models. Ensure compliance, audit readiness, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation. Implement controls, risk management frameworks, and operational resilience models.
What are we looking for? Strong expertise in Business Transformation, Process Excellence, and Change Management Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities Hands-on experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Digital Transformation, RPA, and Analytics Strong project and program management skills Financial acumen and business case development Problem-solving and structured thinking Any Graduation, Strategy, Operations, or equivalent Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP / Agile certification preferred Proven experience leading large transformation programs
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business transformation programs across functions including Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and Customer Experience. Define transformation strategy, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital transformation methodologies. Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and operational efficiency improvements. Manage large-scale change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training. Partner with leadership teams to translate business strategy into actionable transformation initiatives. Track benefits realization, performance metrics, and ROI of transformation programs. Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Build governance models, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards. Coach and mentor transformation team members.
