What would you do? HR Ventures & Acquisition Talent Management Associate Manager The HR V&A team partners with our deal teams across Accenture’s acquisitions to design solutions across all core components of HR people programmes and processes, to enable the integration of our acquisitions. The team support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from assessment of an acquisition in diligence, through to designing and implementing solutions to enable the integration of the business. The team have a high executive presence, working closely with acquisitions HR Deal Leads, business sponsors and acquired leadership, alongside reviewing and agreeing solutions with internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for? •Role Purpose The HR V&A Talent Management Practitioner will be assigned to various M&A projects and will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR Recruiting and Talent Supply Chain integration work-stream activities. Using deep subject matter expertise, this role is responsible for assessing the organization’s Recruiting and Talent Supply Chain processes, determining opportunities and priorities to implement standard/customized Accenture tools and processes, and then managing that transition and implementation plan. This will require extensive collaboration with the acquired organization’s Leadership, HR, Finance and Operations team as well as Accenture Leadership, MU HR leads, Talent Planning and Operations, Recruiting Leads and CoE and multiple V&A workstreams. In addition to deep foundational knowledge of the subject matter, our core competencies are strategy, change management, stakeholder management, training and communications. Our team is primarily focused on strategic work engaging with high-level executives but also provides support to the MU delivery teams establishing fit-for-purpose training, processes and reports during stabilization.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Lead Recruiting and TSC evaluation, planning and execution for V&A deals • Provide integration recommendations regarding process, tools, resources, and timeline based on the business requirements, business case, and Accenture Recruiting & TSC processes, tools, and guidelines • Develop the integration plan and lead the Recruiting and TSC integration activities through to steady state • Partner with deal teams and stakeholders to develop a compelling employee journey, integrating processes tailored to local HR contexts by considering the specific nuances of the new business deal. • Interface with acquisition’s C-suite and Accenture executives ensuring regular cadence of communication • Attend PMI meetings, providing a weekly update to Accenture leadership on the integration status, flagging any risks or issues • Ensure Recruiting and TSC items impacting process, system, and people issues are documented and resolved • Facilitate handover from the integration team to steady state Basic Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of Recruiting and/ or Talent Supply-Demand (Talent Supply Chain) experience • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience Key Skills & Competencies • Business partnering and stakeholder management across both Recruiting and Supply Chain disciplines • Strategic acumen and change management expertise • Strong project management and leadership skills • Deep analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency • Effective presentation and communication skills, including PowerPoint • Risk identification, analysis, and management • Financial and commercial awareness, especially regarding workforce planning and cost implications • Ability to work confidently under pressure and collaboratively with project teams • Experience supporting transitions, mergers, and acquisitions in a virtual environment Core Skills & Qualifications (by Level) •HR & People Programs - Deep experience across broad range, incl. change management Analytics - Able to realize actions from insight/trends Presentation - Manage presentations to senior leaders Stakeholder Management - Trusted relationships with senior leaders Project Management - Manage complex programs/deliverables Risk Management - Identify, articulate, and mitigate risks HR Systems - Knowledge of tech innovation/change Financial/Commercial - Understand investment cases/impact
