What would you do? The role supports the complete re-write and restructuring of large volumes of technical policy documents. They ensure accuracy, consistency, AI-assisted analysis, and adherence to approved templates while coordinating across SMEs and the Team Lead.Soft Skills• Clear written and verbal communication.• High attention to clarity, logic, grammar, and structure.• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in fast-paced delivery teams.• Strong organization and time-management skills.• Proactive problem-solving and bias for action.• High ownership, integrity, and decision-making maturity
What are we looking for? • Strong technical writing and engineering documentation experience.• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, SOs, policies, and asset-related content.• Understanding of electrical assets, operations, and safety practices.• Strong communication skills; ability to work with SMEs across engineering, field ops, and governance.• Proficiency in AI/NLP-based review tools and document analysis platforms.• Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and clarity.Preferred Skills• Exposure to utilities/energy sector documentation.• Familiarity with IEC/IEEE/ENA standards.• Experience in document control or knowledge management systems.Education• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Technical Writing, or related field.• Certifications in Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, Asset Management (IAM), or Process Excellence are desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Review, analyze, and re-write policy and procedure documents using established templates.• Structure documents into relevant asset classes and maintain metadata and versioning.• Use AI tools to detect inconsistencies, outdated sections, duplications, and gaps.• Benchmark technical content against industry standards to align formatting and terminology.• Support creation of Standard Technique Documents and client- Specific documents.• Work with SMEs to validate accuracy and ensure clarity, compliance, and operator usability.• Perform QA reviews and ensure documents meet style, tone, and structural guidelines.• Support maintenance of the future-state digital document repository.
