What would you do? Tower: UK Pension- Business Administration Level: CL11
What are we looking for? • Graduate in any stream. • Experience in the UK Pensions domain (preferred) • Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements. • Good verbal & written communication skills • Good typing skills and attention to detail. • Good time management skills. Ability to work independently • Up to 5 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Business Administration and Claims Processing including Death Claims (preferred). • Must have experience in New Business, Money In/Out, Benefits, Cash Management & Recon, Payroll, Cash /Credit Control • Knowledge of MS Office Tools.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Process new pension scheme setups and member enrollments in line with regulatory and scheme-specific requirements. • Validate documentation, ensure accurate data capture, and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding completion. • Handle contributions, transfers, and withdrawals across pension schemes. • Review and assess complex insurance claims including death claims to determine coverage and eligibility for payment. • Research and verify claims information including policy details, claims document validation, calculating benefit amount and other relevant documentation. • Identify the correct payee or beneficiary to release the claims payment. • Ensure timely and accurate allocation of funds to member accounts and investment portfolios. • Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments, resolving discrepancies with finance and client service teams. • Process member benefit claims including retirement, death, and ill-health payments. • Ensure correct calculation of entitlements and compliance with govt. and scheme rules. • Coordinate with payroll and tax teams for accurate disbursement and reporting. • Monitor daily cash positions across pension accounts. • Perform reconciliations between bank statements, investment platforms, and internal records. • Investigate and resolve breaks, ensuring audit readiness and financial integrity. • Support pension payroll runs for regular benefit payments. • Ensure accurate tax deductions, net payments, and timely submission to HMRC. • Maintain payroll records and support member queries. • Track outstanding contributions and receivables from employers or members. • Follow up on overdue payments and escalate persistent issues. • Maintain accurate credit control logs and support financial reporting. • Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
