What would you do? As part of the Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights team, you will support the execution of digital analytics, reporting, and insights delivery. You will work across campaign, website, CRM, social, and media data to produce accurate dashboards, ensure proper tracking, and generate foundational insights to improve digital marketing effectiveness. You will assist with tagging validation, data quality checks, and documentation, while supporting stakeholders with timely, high-quality analysis. This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and crucial for building consistent, reliable analytics outputs across markets.
What are we looking for? • 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance reporting, or marketing analytics • Hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Analytics / GA4 (events, parameters, explorations, funnel analysis) • Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and reporting • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Basic understanding of tagging concepts, UTMs, tracking setup, and debugging • Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets • Ability to build dashboards, recurring reports, and performance summaries • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders • High attention to detail and strong data QA discipline • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-market environments with tight timelines Good to have skills: • Certifications in Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio and SQL • Exposure to SEO, media, CRM, or marketplace analytics • Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Contentsquare, or session replay platforms • Knowledge of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards • Experience working with global teams and English-speaking stakeholders • Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (GTM, CMPs, CRM platforms) • Exposure to consumer journey analysis or funnel performance measurement • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end analytics delivery: data extraction, validation, processing, and report building • Perform tagging and tracking checks, identify data issues, and escalate inconsistencies to specialists/managers • Build regular dashboards and performance reports using GA4, Power BI, or similar tools • Analyze channel-level and campaign-level performance trends across the acquisition - conversion – retention funnel • Assist in identifying optimization opportunities based on digital performance insights • Maintain documentation, taxonomy sheets, parameter lists, and measurement governance standards • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure accuracy of events, parameters, and digital KPIs • Support multi-market analytics tasks by preparing datasets and updating reporting frameworks • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis requests with clean, accurate, and well-structured data • Stay updated on changes to analytics tools (GA4 releases, platform updates, tagging guidelines) • Assist in synthesizing findings into simple charts, summaries, and initial insight narratives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, CRM) to support measurement and reporting workflows
