Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Office Engineer, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll coordinate the approval process for documents and contract changes; Manage and maintain the Document Control/Change Control process for all project documents; Maintain controlled distribution lists.
- You'll provide technical support to Construction Manager.
- You'll receive record and compile review comments: or similar Software.
- You'll assist in coordinating services with outside agencies.
- You'll assist in preparing project closeout documentation.
- You'll complete other responsibilities and assist as assigned to support the project such as: attend and document project meetings (write agendas and minutes), perform expediting functions, and prepare and maintain an expediting log; etc.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. There will be both day and night shift assignments.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with rail construction projects including swapping out turnouts, automated switches and working in an activated rail terminal
- Approximately three (3) years of experience working as Office Engineer on large heavy construction projects or heavy construction projects of similar complexity
- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or another related field
- Valid California Class C driver’s license
