In Accenture Operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Transformation Analyst to support clients in designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing enterprise transformation initiatives across industries.

Part of the role will focus on helping clients design, set up, scale, and improve Global Capability Centers (GCCs). At the same time, the role remains broader, meaning that you will work on a broad range of topics related to business transformations. This covers operating model transformation, governance frameworks, service delivery improvements, talent strategies, technology enablement, and transformation roadmaps for our clients, where you will typically work as a business analyst, support in these changes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and execution discipline, with an interest in how GCCs, Shared Services, Global Business Services, AI, automation, and analytics can help organizations build scalable capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Accenture Operations

As part of Accenture Operations, you focus on executing plans efficiently and achieving short-term objectives in line with the strategic goals. Within Operations, we also typically have longer engagements to ensure effective transformations, and the right capacity and capabilities are in place.

You will work together with our colleagues from different reinvention partners such as Talent, Digital Core and Industry & Enterprise. While their focus will be on setting up the operating model, our focus on Operations is to work together on implementing and executing the change and ensuring a smooth transformation for clients by achieving operational excellence. You typically work with mid-level management and department heads at the client and make a bridge to their operations through a hands-on approach. 

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Delivery

  • Support the planning and execution of business transformation, enterprise operating model, service delivery improvement, and capability-building initiatives across industries.

  • Support clients in defining and executing GCC-related transformation initiatives, including setup, scale-up, optimization, transition planning, and value realization.

  • Contribute to operating model design activities, including service scope, governance, talent considerations, process ownership, location considerations, and technology enablement.

  • Help shape GCC operating models by supporting capability maps, service portfolios, governance forums, KPIs, SLAs, escalation paths, and decision-making structures.

  • Support maturity assessments, benchmarking studies, business case development, transition planning, and value realization.

  • Support transformation planning across business functions, retained organizations, operational teams, and third-party partners.

  • Develop an understanding of how AI, automation, analytics, process excellence, and digital tools can improve productivity, operational performance, scalability, and business outcomes.

  • Assist in developing transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, milestones, RAID logs, delivery trackers, and value realization updates.

  • Support process documentation, process mapping, and process improvement activities.

Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze operating models, organizational structures, service delivery models, governance frameworks, capability structures, and business processes.

  • Develop insights and recommendations supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Create reports and presentation materials for client and internal discussions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and subject matter experts across business, operations, technology, HR, finance, and transformation functions.

  • Support workshops, meetings, and working sessions to gather requirements and structure discussions

Change Management & PMO

  • Support change management and adoption activities linked to new processes, tools, roles, service delivery models, and ways of working.

  • Track progress against milestones, KPIs, value realization metrics, transition deliverables, and agreed transformation outcomes.

  • Support project management activities including planning, reporting, dependency management, issue resolution, resource coordination, and status updates.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, PMO, operations, change management, or business transformation.

  • Fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English.

  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.

  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, change management, PMO practices, and transformation delivery disciplines.

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

  • Awareness of AI-enabled transformation, automation, analytics, digital productivity tools, or process excellence initiatives.

  • Interest in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), service delivery models, or enterprise operating model transformation.

  • Exposure to process mapping, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Exposure to change management and adoption activities.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting or contributing to GCC, Shared Services, GBS, service delivery, operating model, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Understanding of GCC concepts, service transition, governance models, value realization, talent strategies, location strategy, and continuous improvement.

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, training, or practical exposure; Green Belt exposure is a plus.
