Accenture – Finance - Management Consulting Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams of consultants and specialists to help C-suite executives address strategic business challenges, accelerate growth and create sustainable enterprise value.
- Partner with CEOs, CFOs and senior executives to develop strategies that improve competitiveness, unlock new growth opportunities and drive long-term business performance.
- Advise clients on corporate strategy, growth strategy, business model innovation, operating model design, finance transformation and digital transformation.
- Support finance transformation initiatives to enhance organizational performance, improve decision-making capabilities and strengthen value creation outcomes.
- Develop strategic recommendations, business cases and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact and shareholder value.
- Leverage data analytics, market insights and quantitative analysis to identify growth opportunities, improve performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, manage project delivery and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to business development, proposal development, thought leadership and practice-building efforts.
Experience, Attributes & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, finance transformation, digital transformation or related industry roles.
- Strong experience advising C-suite executives on growth, enterprise value creation, operating model redesign and transformation priorities.
- Demonstrated capabilities in corporate strategy, growth strategy, business transformation, finance transformation and digital innovation.
- Experience supporting initiatives focused on revenue growth, profitability improvement, cost optimization and enterprise value realization.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Exposure to ERP or EPM transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan) is advantageous.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is preferred.
