Key Accountabilities    Management Consulting
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, with focus on planning and logistics.
• Design and improve Supply Chain Planning processes, including S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, MPS, and MRP.
• Design and improve Logistics processes, including Transportation Planning, Carrier Management, Freight Management, and Logistics Visibility.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and develop future-state process designs.
• Support operating model, governance, KPI, and transformation roadmap design.
Technology Consulting
• Participate in planning platform and TMS implementation projects from requirements through deployment.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support solution configuration, SIT/UAT testing, training, and hypercare activities.
• Support integration design between planning/logistics platforms and ERP, WMS, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive solution adoption and business value realization.

Job Holder Requirements(Minimum education, experience & capabilities)    Education
·         Must have: Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.
·         Desirable: APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, SAP or equivalent certifications.
    Experience
·         Must have:
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain consulting or supply chain transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and/or Logistics processes.
• Experience in business process design, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support.
