Entrando in Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering lavorerai al cuore della value chain - dal sourcing e procurement, all'engineering e R&D, dalla manifattura e operations, ai capital projects - per aiutare le aziende a reinventare l'intera catena del valore, alimentata da dati, AI e tecnologie di nuova generazione.
In particolare, nell’area Data & AI accompagnerai i clienti nell’applicazione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi produttivi e alle operations industriali, contribuendo alla trasformazione delle attività di manutenzione, qualità, automazione e robotica attraverso dati, analytics e tecnologie avanzate.
Cerchiamo una figura di Consultant con esperienza in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Automation o Robotics, interessata a supportare programmi di innovazione e trasformazione basati su dati e Intelligenza Artificiale.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Supportare l’identificazione e la definizione di casi d’uso AI applicati ai processi produttivi, alla manutenzione, alla qualità e all’automazione industriale
Tradurre esigenze di business e processi di fabbrica in requisiti funzionali per soluzioni basate su AI, analytics e tecnologie digitali
Contribuire all’analisi e alla strutturazione di dati provenienti da sistemi produttivi e ambienti OT
Collaborare all’implementazione di soluzioni AI per predictive maintenance, quality inspection, process optimization e industrial analytics
Supportare la definizione di regole, controlli e linee guida per l’utilizzo dell’AI in contesti industriali complessi
Lavorare con stakeholder di business, engineering, operations e technology per favorire l’adozione di soluzioni innovative e scalabili

La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico, con uno tra i seguenti livelli inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:
B2: € 33.058 € e € 50.500
B3: € 36.906 e € 65.800

Le tue caratteristiche
Circa 3-5 anni di esperienza in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Automation, Robotics o Digital Manufacturing
Conoscenza dei principali processi produttivi e delle operazioni industriali
Interesse o esperienza nell’applicazione di dati, analytics e Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi di fabbrica
Familiarità con sistemi OT, automazione industriale o tecnologie utilizzate negli ambienti produttivi
Capacità di tradurre esigenze operative in requisiti funzionali e collaborare con stakeholder business e technology
Nice to have
Esperienza con sistemi MES, SCADA, PLC o piattaforme di Industrial Automation
Conoscenza di Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection o Industrial Analytics
Familiarità con Robotics, Computer Vision o Physical AI
Esperienza in programmi di Smart Manufacturing o Industry 4.0
Conoscenza di processi OT/IT integration e digital transformation industriale
