About the Role

As a Growth Strategist within the Strategy / CEO Advisory practice, you will partner closely with C-suite leaders to identify, shape, and deliver enterprise-wide growth strategies. You will leverage market intelligence, advanced analytics, and strategic frameworks to drive business transformation, unlock new revenue streams, and enable clients to compete in rapidly evolving digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine enterprise growth strategies aligned with CEO priorities and long-term business objectives
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize new growth opportunities across markets, products, and business models
• Provide strategic advisory to senior executives on market entry, expansion, and transformation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy design, including operating model definition, channel strategy, and scaling plans
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights on customers, competition, and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, design) to translate strategy into execution
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive decision-making
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize growth initiatives for measurable business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or CEO / executive advisory roles
• Strong expertise in growth strategy and go-to-market execution
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex market, customer, and financial data
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead initiatives independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven understanding of at least one APAC market (SEA, ANZ, India or Japan)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business model innovation and enterprise transformation strategy
• Familiarity with digital platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI-driven business models
• Exposure to strategic frameworks, market analysis tools, and commercial due diligence
• Prior experience advising global organizations or operating in consulting environments
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
