The Work:

Join us in creating impactful solutions that drive success! As an entry-level SAP Consultant, you will support delivery teams by contributing to system configuration, testing, and documentation activities within your assigned SAP track. You will work closely with senior consultants and team leads, gaining hands-on experience while building your technical and functional expertise in a client-facing environment.

Role Overview

As an SAP Associate Consultant, you will develop foundational capabilities in a designated SAP specialization track (functional or technical). You will support project delivery by executing assigned tasks, contributing to documentation, and participating in solution implementation under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support configuration, build, and testing activities within the assigned SAP track as part of client delivery engagements.
  • Execute defined work packages including configuration tasks, unit testing, documentation, and data-related activities in line with quality and timeline expectations.
  • Develop technical and functional expertise through structured training, certifications, and on-the-job learning.
  • Prepare and maintain key delivery artifacts such as functional specifications, test scripts, and configuration documentation.
  • Assist senior team members in workshops, issue resolution, and client interactions, gradually building client-facing capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to team leads.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or near-graduate with a relevant academic background in business, IT, engineering, or a related field aligned to the SAP track.
  • Completion of onboarding and preparatory training for the assigned SAP specialization.
  • SAP certification in the assigned track (or willingness to complete certification upon finishing the training phase).
  • Basic understanding of enterprise business processes relevant to the selected SAP track.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on delivery environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation discipline.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to work across different SAP tracks based on business needs.
