The Work
Discover the opportunity to make impactful decisions and collaborate across multiple groups to drive meaningful outcomes. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping transformation programs by bridging business needs and technology solutions.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to design scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions that help our clients achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead platform transformation initiatives by integrating application and functional process knowledge.
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and communicate the value of proposed solutions.
Design end-to-end technology solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformation programs.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and automation.
Define and document solution architectures, business requirements, and integration approaches.
Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce Clouds and related technologies.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practices.
Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations to support successful project outcomes.

Here's What You'll Need
Advanced proficiency in IT Business Analysis.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant consulting, business analysis, solution design, or Salesforce-related roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working across multiple workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence decision-making and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points If You Have
Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Modeling.
Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Gathering.
Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.
Beginner proficiency in Data Analysis.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or other Salesforce credentials.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
