Business Architecture Specialist
The Work
Engage with senior clients on nCino implementation best practices, helping them maximise value from the platform
Lead and support client-facing workshops to design and tailor nCino solutions
Analyse business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional designs, leveraging nCino out-of-the-box capabilities
Perform functional solution design and process design aligned to best practices
Present solution playbacks and prototypes to stakeholders
Configure, build, and test nCino solutions, or guide delivery teams in doing so
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the nCino practice
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms
Strong understanding of functional solution design and business process mapping
Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, BA, functional delivery)
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle
Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded
Relevant Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred
