O cliente é uma empresa global especializada em engenharia e construção naval.
O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar como referência técnica (SME) em entregas SAP, especialmente no módulo PM.
- Conduzir práticas inovadoras dentro dos projetos, elevando o nível de entrega e excelência.
- Trabalhar diretamente com o cliente em um papel de trusted advisor, levantando requisitos e propondo soluções.
- Analisar, desenhar e implementar melhorias de negócio utilizando boas práticas tecnológicas.
- Influenciar decisões estratégicas e colaborar com múltiplos times.
- Apoiar a tomada de decisões críticas e soluções complexas em diferentes frentes do projeto.
- Promover melhoria contínua, compartilhando conhecimento e mentorando times.
- Inglês avançado (necessário para comunicação com o cliente).
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Forte experiência em SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Conhecimento em SAP PS (Project System).
- Experiência em gestão de projetos ou atuação como Project Manager.
- Perfil consultivo, com forte habilidade de comunicação e influência.
- Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica de negócio.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Experiência com Delivery Methods (ADM).
- Conhecimento em Delivery Excellence e Service Delivery.
- Vivência em projetos de transformação SAP S/4HANA.
- Experiência com ambientes globais e clientes internacionais.
