^Business Analyst - 6300316
Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards is recommended. Master proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy, along with advanced proficiency in .NET Architecture, are suggested.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for integrating business processes with technology platforms.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
