Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and leading the execution of digital and social media advertising campaigns. This role bridges clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, well-executed, and deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of digital and social advertising accounts
Act as a point of contact for clients, handling queries and ensuring timely communication
Assist in developing campaign plans across platforms
Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and performance insights
Identify optimisation opportunities and share recommendations with the team
Stay up to date with digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Collaborate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery
Support tracking and tagging implementation (pixels, UTMs) and help maintain data accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
2–5+ years experience in digital marketing or advertising account management
Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
Experience with social media strategy and campaign management
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, dashboards)
Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
