As an Authorization Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding enterprise SAP environments by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management across SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support authorization frameworks that enable business operations while adhering to security best practices and governance standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work on modern SAP technologies, contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives, and support the continuous improvement of application security, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori authorization-related issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for SAP authorization design, role maintenance, user provisioning, and access governance processes.
• Develop, maintain, and document security designs, authorization concepts, and access management procedures aligned with organizational standards and the principle of least privilege.
• Manage user access lifecycle activities including access requests, role assignments, modifications, reviews, and deprovisioning.
• Define, review, and validate technical requirements with a focus on security, integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
• Maintain SAP applications and supporting infrastructure in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with cloud operations and support teams to monitor system performance, capacity utilization, and key operational metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance security controls, operational efficiency, and user experience within SAP environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP Security, Authorization Management, User Access Management, or related SAP technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway architecture.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts, role design, and access management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP security principles, segregation of duties, and access governance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve authorization-related issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Security Gateway and SAP Fiori Launchpad administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of cloud infrastructure management.
• Intermediate skills in application performance monitoring and optimization.
• Experience supporting application scalability and system growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with security compliance, audit support, and risk management processes within SAP environments.
