Senior Account Manager
Digital Commerce Operations is the global managed services arm of Accenture Song’s Commerce Practice. You’re a go-getter with strong (consumer product) account management and selling skills. You know how to develop/ manage relationships and believe in being memorable. You know what it takes to collaborate effectively between buyers, analysts & brands ensuring flawless program execution. You live and breathe retail and are extremely detailed orientated.
As Senior Account Manager, you will consistently execute the following activities with a high degree of urgency, professionalism and autonomy:
- • Proactively driving brand partners’ business through the identification and management of strategic levers.
- Leading complex brands through the design and execution of efficient and productive new processes to manage and grow the business.
- Creating, planning, managing and executing productive seasonal and promotional plans.
- Analyzing and leveraging complicated data sets to find growth opportunities and demonstrate value to our brand partners.
- Serving as an informal mentor, trainer and stellar example for the Account Management team.
- Identify a needed process or tool to improve efficiencies; develop it and share to broader team.
- Act as a liaison between our brand partners and Target ensuring first class communication.
- Manage all skus and lead forecasting, inventory flow and reporting efforts.
- Pull and analyze weekly sales data and communicating insights & trends.
- On behalf of the brand partner, work with your Sales Manager on executing the multi-channel strategy.
- Comp shopping and competitive analysis.
- Working with Sales Managers and creative team to build merchandising solutions for our vendor partners.
- Coordinate with third party vendors: store signage, merchandising, research and in-store training etc.
- Assist the brand in managing the supply chain process.
- Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest/execute ways to improve
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a retail account manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of systems including POL, VIQ, Greenfield
- You have a strange love for recaps, spreadsheets, word docs and presentations.
- Willingness to travel 2-3+ times per year.
- You take pride in doing awesome work.
- You thrive in uncomfortable situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- You are action and detail oriented.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
