- Maintain a consolidated dependency register, ensuring clear ownership, sequencing, and status tracking.
- Proactively resolve dependency clashes, conflicting priorities, and timing constraints that may impact delivery milestones.
Planning, Coordination & Execution
- Partner with Program Leads, PMO, and Stream Leads to support integrated planning, milestone alignment, and delivery readiness.
- Ensure dependencies are factored into delivery schedules, cutovers, and release plans.
- Support scenario analysis and impact assessments to inform delivery decisions.
Risk, Issue & Impact Management
- Identify dependency‑related risks and issues early, assess impacts, and drive mitigation actions.
- Escalate critical dependency risks with clear options, impacts, and recommendations.
- Contribute to integrated risk and issue management processes across the program.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide regular dependency status reporting to program leadership and governance forums.
- Produce clear, concise insights to support executive decision‑making.
- Ensure dependency management activities align with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery controls.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted coordination point to facilitate collaboration and alignment across delivery teams.
- Support a disciplined, outcomes‑focused delivery culture.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in dependency management within large‑scale programs or complex delivery environments.
- Strong background in program delivery, PMO, or project coordination roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Ability to translate complex delivery information into clear, actionable insights.
