The Investment Director is responsible for leading reinvention in media buying and delivery. You will connect strategy, implementation and performance across every channel, driving smarter, faster and more effective media outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation Planning
Drive future facing channel implenentation that maximises reach, attention and performance efficiency across TV, BVOD and OOH.
Ensure integration between offline and digital investment, supporting a unified and future ready planning approach.
Partner with Strategy, Planning and Commercial teams to define optimal media mix, investment weighting and measurement frameworks.
Champion data led decision making, ensuring investment strategies are accountable, transparent and aligned to business outcomes.
Investment and Commercial Management
Support and lead negotiations and value delivery across all media partners.
Oversee trading performance, pricing competitiveness and deal structure integrity.
Manage relationships with media owners to foster collaboration and unlock innovative
Drive commercial accountability and ensure all investments deliver measurable client value.
Operations and Delivery
Ensure campaign delivery excellence across traditional and digital channels.
Maintain workflow consistency, pacing and optimisation throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Oversee reporting standards, campaign post analysis and the translation of insights into future planning.
Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Leadership and Culture
Lead cross disciplinary teams spanning traditional, digital and biddable media.
Develop capability across trading, analytics and platform operations, ensuring ongoing professional growth.
Foster collaboration across Strategy, Tech and Operations to deliver truly integrated outcomes.
Drive a culture of performance, accountability and reinvention.
What You’ll Bring
7 to 12 years’ experience in media investment, planning or trading roles across agency or publisher environments.
Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape across TV, BVOD, OOH and digital channels.
Proven track record in leading negotiations and delivering commercial value.
Collaborative leadership style with experience managing cross functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
