Responsable de ejecutar y soportar la migración de cargas de trabajo hacia plataformas cloud (AWS y Azure), asegurando una transición eficiente, segura y alineada a las estrategias definidas (rehost, replatform). Trabaja en conjunto con arquitectos cloud, equipos de infraestructura, DBAs y operaciones para garantizar la correcta implementación, validación y estabilización de los sistemas migrados.
Actividades
Ejecutar migraciones de workloads (VMs, aplicaciones, bases de datos) hacia AWS y Azure
Implementar estrategias de migración (rehost, otro) según definición de arquitectura
Preparar entornos cloud destino (compute, storage, networking) para recepción de cargas
Utilizar herramientas de migración (ej. MGN, Azure Migrate, DMS, ASR)
Validar integridad y funcionamiento de sistemas post-migración
Soportar troubleshooting en fallas durante y después de la migración
Coordinar ventanas de migración y cutover con equipos técnicos y de negocio
Optimizar configuraciones básicas post-migración (performance, sizing, storage)
Documentar procedimientos, configuraciones y resultados de migración
Colaborar con equipos de redes, seguridad, middleware y bases de datos
Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y buenas prácticas cloud
Apoyar procesos de sincronización y replicación de datos (junto a DBAs)
Participar en pruebas técnicas y validaciones de aceptación
