Oracle HCM - Data Migration
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Define data migration approach, scope, timelines, and dependencies across Oracle HCM modules
• Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation processes
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align data requirements with business needs
• Oversee mock conversions and support final data loads for go-live readiness
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, risks, and dependencies proactively
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
• Support post-go-live data stabilization and defect resolution activities
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of HR data domains such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM data migration tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts
• Experience managing data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Experience supporting multi-country or global HCM implementations
• Prior involvement in post-go-live support or stabilization phases
