Responsabilidades principales
- Gestionar esfuerzos de entrega alineados con cronogramas de proyecto y acuerdos de servicio.
- Monitorear desempeño y calidad mediante métricas y reportes de estado.
- Apoyar la supervisión de compromisos financieros, contractuales y operativos.
- Planificar y coordinar recursos dentro de un modelo de entrega global.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con múltiples stakeholders para gestionar expectativas, resolver situaciones y asegurar resultados exitosos.
