SAP Program/Project Manager
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
Qualifications:
- Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Scope Management, Estimation and Planning, and Risk Management is suggested.
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex challenges and optimize resource utilization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned across projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent communication and proactive management of expectations.
