The Role

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business challenges and communicate the value of proposed solutions.

Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer need into technical solutions that align with their business requirements and objectives.

Utilize your deep knowledge of UKG Pro and BPM Strategy & Solutions to design and implement efficient and effective business processes.

Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
-
Lead platform transformation initiatives by integrating application and functional process expertise.
-
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems.

Leverage established methods, tools, and assets to optimize business processes and solutions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in UKG Pro and BPM Strategy & Solutions to continuously improve our offerings.

Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What you will need

Master proficiency in UKG Pro

A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
