SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures.
The role will lead all aspects of system integration, data flows, and reporting architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, ensuring seamless connectivity, accurate data exchange, and actionable insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
Design end-to-end integration solutions across the full interface landscape: global integrations (Active Directory, S/4HANA, ServiceNow ITSM, Concur) and regional integrations (SG: Darwin, ePfile, Visier, Integrum; US: Kronos, MyTime, Paylocity, ADP, Microsoft Dynamics). Manage the interface register and ensure completeness.
Establish integration standards, patterns, and governance across clusters.
Lead the selection and design of integration approaches (API, middleware, event-driven).
2. SuccessFactors Integration Delivery
Lead the design and delivery of integrations across SuccessFactors modules, non-SAP systems, and legacy tools.
Define and manage interface specifications, data mappings, and transformation logic.
Oversee integration build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
3. Data Flow & Interface Management
Define and manage end-to-end data flows across systems and processes.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation.
Establish monitoring mechanisms for interface health and performance.
Manage error handling and issue resolution.
4. Reporting & Analytics Architecture
Define the reporting strategy and architecture.
Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Enable reporting using Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, and People Analytics.
Establish standards for reporting governance, data models, and access control.
Cross-instance reporting consolidation model and data aggregation design.
Story Reports (SAP-delivered) as the standard reporting framework across modules.
5. Cross-Instance Reporting & Data Consolidation
Enable consolidated reporting across multiple SAP SF instances.
Design data aggregation for global reporting and dashboards.
Address data fragmentation through standardization.
6. Data Governance & Reporting Integrity
Own the master data reconciliation model between SF and downstream enterprise systems, defining the source-of-truth hierarchy and resolving data conflicts across instances.
Establish and govern the reporting data model across multiple SF instances, ensuring consistency in foundation objects, org structures, and job framework data used in reports.
Define and enforce data quality standards for reporting outputs, including threshold criteria, escalation paths, and sign-off authority before reports are released to business stakeholders.
Lead the governance forum for reporting integrity, bringing together HR, Finance, and IT data owners to resolve discrepancies and agree on data standards.
7. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
Partner with HR, IT, Finance, ITSM and business stakeholders.
Lead and mentor integration and reporting teams.
Drive workshops and design reviews.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME).
8. Business Value Alignment
Timely and accurate data availability for decisions.
Improved reporting efficiency.

Key Requirements
Experience
8+ years with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting.
Experience as Integration or Reporting Lead.
Experience in multi-instance global environments.
Functional & Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors data structures across all modules, including Employee Central (foundation objects, org management, job data, personal data), Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Succession & CDP, Time Management, and Contingent Worker Management.
Ability to interpret MDF object structures and integration event triggers.
Integration frameworks and middleware.
Reporting tools within SuccessFactors.
Experience with SAP CPI or equivalent middleware.
Hands-on experience with building integration on SAP CPI / BTP integration suite including any testing integration flows, monitoring, and error handling.
Ability to produce and maintain comprehensive technical interface documentation including interface design specifications, data mapping documents, transformation logic, error handling procedures, and interface control documents across the full integration landscape. Documentation must be of a standard that supports handover, hypercare, and ongoing operational support.
Candidates must demonstrate depth in both integration delivery and reporting/analytics.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of UKG integration with SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data synchronization, workforce management data flows, and interface configuration.
