Sourcing & Category Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement contract management and communication processes
Conduct industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analysis to support procurement category functions
Recommend process improvements to reduce costs or generate revenue
Manage supplier performance and assess service delivery issues
Resolve service delivery challenges to ensure optimal supplier relationships
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Brisbane-based (required)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mining industry
Demonstrated experience in sourcing and category management strategy
Some leadership or team management experience (preferred)
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant related skills
Associate Degree/College Diploma in a relevant field of study
