Estamos en búsqueda de profesionales para el rol de Desarrollador/a Trainee Cobol que quieran crecer, aprender y dejar su huella siendo parte de un equipo inclusivo, colaborativo y global.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Aprender y comprender los procesos, metodologías y estándares establecidos de desarrollo de software para asegurar entregables de calidad.
Ejecutar tareas de desarrollo claramente definidas, con atención al detalle y cumpliendo con los requerimientos del proyecto.
Colaborar de manera efectiva con el equipo de trabajo para apoyar los objetivos del proyecto y contribuir a un entorno laboral positivo.
Identificar, documentar y comunicar oportunamente incidencias o desafíos comunes que surjan durante el desarrollo, facilitando su resolución.
Demostrar interés continuo por ampliar conocimientos técnicos y fortalecer habilidades en desarrollo de software, especialmente en tecnologías mainframe / COBOL.
👩💻 ¿Que necesitas para este role?:

Título profesional o técnico en Ingeniería Informática, Analista Programador/a o carrera afín.

Interés genuino en desarrollarse en tecnología COBOL y entornos mainframe.

Disposición para aprender nuevas herramientas, metodologías y buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software.
