About the Role

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Service Design practice and play a key role in shaping intuitive, high‑quality digital experiences. You’ll work across multiple teams, contributing to impactful design decisions and helping solve complex problems through user‑centred design. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with designers, developers, and architects while continuing to grow your expertise in usability, interaction design, and UI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user‑centred interfaces and experiences across digital products and services

  • Manage the visual design effort and develop materials that support the overall visual design strategy

  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs

  • Collaborate with developers and technical architects to define functional and technical usability requirements

  • Ensure applications meet objectives and performance goals through effective user interface design

  • Develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and reusable components to support consistency and quality

  • Conduct and support user research, usability testing, design validation, and usability analysis

  • Perform quality evaluations to ensure the user experience vision and design standards are met

  • Participate in quality and design reviews to ensure adherence to quality management plans and standards

  • Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams

  • Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user insights, contributing to continuous improvement of UX/UI practices

Who We’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design, usability thinking, and problem‑solving skills

  • Master‑level proficiency in User Interface usability testing and design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

  • Experience in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability analysis

  • A solid understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant UX/UI, digital design, or usability role

  • Experience working in Agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline security clearance
