About the Role

As a Generative AI Platform Analyst, you will help design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure that supports large‑scale training and inference of generative AI models on the Databricks platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, cost‑efficient, and high‑performance solutions while developing deep expertise in modern data and AI platforms.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge generative AI technologies in a collaborative environment that encourages learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement infrastructure to support large‑scale training and inference of generative AI models
  • Design and optimize platform infrastructure for performance, scalability, consumption, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate infrastructure options and contribute to technology and vendor recommendations
  • Develop operational controls, monitoring, and observability solutions for generative AI platforms
  • Implement control towers to monitor platform health, usage, and operational performance
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while actively contributing to team discussions and solution design
  • Identify and propose improvements to platform reliability, efficiency, and usability
  • Stay current with advancements in Databricks and generative AI infrastructure best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency with the Databricks Platform
  • Strong foundation in data processing concepts and practices
  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant data or platform engineering roles (including internships or project work)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Data Engineering
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines
  • Hands‑on experience with Databricks SQL
  • Exposure to Databricks administration tasks
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts
