Business Analyst
Accenture is seeking a Functional/BA to join its Technology Service Group, focusing on clients in the Health & Public Services sector. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, combining functional analysis, testing, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements. Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows. Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements. Maintain functional documentation.
Testing & QA: Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression). Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards. Support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
Project Support: Assist in deployments and post-go-live support. Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning). Contribute to effort estimation and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
Analyst - Senior Analyst (<3 Years' Experience):
Junior candidates will primarily support business analysis and functional testing activities. Key requirements include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL for daily tasks.
Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
