Project Manager
THE WORK: We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager who’s great at leading tech‑focused projects and keeping clients genuinely happy. You’ll guide teams, make sure delivery stays on track, and build strong relationships with everyone from senior leaders to on‑the‑ground teams. You’ll help shape business cases, roadmaps, and change plans, and bring solid experience across the full project lifecycle, bonus points if you’ve worked in supply‑chain or resources/energy environments. If you’re someone who can think strategically, solve problems on the fly, and enjoy working in a consulting setting, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Leading Engagements
Project leadership of consulting engagements with our existing and target clients
Ensure engagement delivers the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client and therefore develop a sustainable business relationship
Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagement to ensure a referenceable result for the client
Mentor team to develop and achieve the optimised results for the client
Thought Leadership
Build relationships, by engaging with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management as well as with operational teams in the client environment.
Support building a high performing team of consultants across each engagement
Demonstrated track record in the industry, with a strong relationship network across client, practitioner and partner communities

What you will bring
Must have extensive experience and knowledge in delivery of projects relating to the day-to-day systems and processes in the technology systems domain. Experience with resources / energy sector systems is a plus.
Experience across the project lifecycle across all methodologies, with a particular focus on delivering the required client outcome
Demonstrated experience building roadmaps to sound and robust business cases, selecting the best product based on customers' requirements, ensuring the project is adequately designed and planned for execution
Ability to develop, document, articulate and present the business case and value proposition to stakeholders at all business levels
Develop and execute robust concept of operation and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness
Experience operating in an advisory / consulting capacity, with sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
