EPIC Functional Specialist (Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders)
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support system build, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
• Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
• Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system usability
• Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements
• EPIC certification in Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
• Proven experience in EPIC system implementation or support within healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially inpatient and obstetrics modules
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment lifecycle
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Experience in large-scale healthcare transformation programs
• Knowledge of integration tools and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7)
• Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
