SAP CI / Integration Associate Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in SAP Integration and middleware roles, with strong hands‑on delivery exposure
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI / CPI) and SAP integration technologies
- Strong understanding of SAP Integration Architecture, including APIs, adapters, and integration patterns (SOAP, REST)
- Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors / HCM solutions with SAP and third‑party systems
- Good understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and data structures
- Experience contributing to end‑to‑end integration delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues with guidance from senior leadership
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, and business stakeholders)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain technical solutions
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, interface details, and operational guides
Preferred / Nice to Have
- SAP certification in Integration (CPI/CI) or SAP SuccessFactors
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and cloud‑to‑cloud integration scenarios
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Initial exposure to mentoring junior team members or acting as a workstream lead
- Familiarity with business process implementation and system optimization initiatives
