Technology Business Analyst - Fresh Graduates
Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
Map current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and specifications for development teams.
Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide informed recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related
Beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Mapping & Modelling, Stakeholder Management
Experience with office suite (e.g., Excel, Ppt, Visio).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
