Application Tech Support Practitioner
Capability Team:
Drive the collection and preparation of new and existing data and sources with high level data management, analysis and visualization knowledge helping and supporting operations and clients in understanding the deliverable and final output.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to internal and external clients.
Updates all other technical documents related to reporting deliverables, work instructions and development solutions.
Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence and analytics solutions and implementation from requirements gathering and analysis, to technical design, testing and deployment.
Actively contribute in the identification, development and presentation of pertinent information and implementation of business intelligence solutions and advanced analytics for Service Desk and TEM that would improve business outcomes and elevate Accenture’s ability to add value to the clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop new reports as required and maintain existing reports for Service Desk and TEM.
Implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets.
Identify anomalies in various data sources.
Visualize digital analytics to showcase meaningful data drive insights using BI Tools.
Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.
Develop ad hoc analysis or reports and communicate insights to business teams.
Other related duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
May be assigned to any Accenture Philippine Delivery Centers depending on the project location and business needs once RTO is implemented
Must adhere to the assigned work shift schedule and hours and may be required to render additional hours, as necessary.
Work shift schedule may change from time to time
Will be required to complete the Microsoft Data Analyst (PowerBI) Online Training and pass the Certification within 6 months upon hire.
Basic Qualification:
Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively, accurately and concisely convey thoughts and concepts, and provide information to all organization customers.
At least 2 years of related reporting and data analytics experience.
Strong passion for business and industry research including data-driven research.
Must have a working knowledge or experience in Microsoft Power BI, MS Access and MS Excel
Advance knowledge in MS SharePoint, MS PowerApps, MS Access, VBA Excel Macros, and SQL an advantage.
