THE WORK: Join us in creating exceptional experiences! You will have the opportunity to be a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with various teams to make impactful decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise. Your expertise in IT Service Desk will be invaluable as you help shape the future of our services. We are excited to see how you can make a difference! Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents. Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in relevant related skills. Advanced proficiency in IT Service Desk. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Service Desk Management.
