THE WORK:
As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will join our team delivering transformation initiatives for an international company that specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions and services across various industries. You will plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function, improving end-to-end performance and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of initiatives for a defined business function, from scoping to stabilization.
Conduct detailed process analysis, identify improvement areas and drive redesign of processes and organizational structures.
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger), advising stakeholders on best practices.
Facilitate and lead workshops to gather and challenge requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, resources and deliverables for your functional stream.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement adjustments required to meet agreed objectives.
Engage multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional dependencies and contribute to key design and implementation decisions.
Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger.
A minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project in a lead or stream-lead position.
Strong influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to drive decisions and build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience in leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.
Confident communication skills in English.
