Key Responsibilities:
Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes
* This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days a week in your assigned location. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 6+ years of work experience

Minimum 2+ years of expert level of proficiency in Workday Studio is recommended

Minimum 2+ years of expert proficiency in Workday Extend

Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Master proficiency in Workday Core Integrations
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
