Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing SAP Ariba Sourcing projects, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of sourcing solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba Sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba Sourcing implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Design and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of SAP Ariba with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their sourcing and procurement needs.
Provide expert advice on SAP Ariba Sourcing capabilities and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of SAP Ariba consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance sourcing and procurement efficiency.
Drive the adoption of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions across the organization.
Monitor and analyze sourcing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Ariba Sourcing processes and solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing implementation and management.
Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier management.
Proven experience in managing SAP Ariba projects and leading teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
