You Are  

You’ve got the skills and experience to showcase the value of cybersecurity services while keeping clients engaged and apprised of the latest developments on the threat landscape.  Day-to-day, you’re all about solving cybersecurity problems for clients and using your people skills to make sure everyone on your team is working cohesively.  You also are comfortable working with sales teams to help transition clients from pre-sales to onboarding and supporting your client’s renewal cycles.

The Work

  • Be a trusted security advisor for Accenture Sovereign Security Managed Services clients.

  • Provide high-touch, personalized engagement within the scope of the Detection and Response Service to drive client delight and retention.

  • Coordinate Accenture Sovereign SOC operations resources during delivery of Detection and Response Service to Accenture clients.

  • Support sales team with pre-sales activities and client renewals.

Primary Functions/Job Duties

  • Advocate for Sovereign SOC client needs within Accenture.

  • Orchestrate and coordinate resources within Accenture to provide smooth delivery of SOC Services.

  • Monitor service reliability / availability and engage SOC resources to assist with client needs.

  • Create and deliver regular executive business reviews to ensure client understanding of the value delivered by Accenture Sovereign SOC services.

  • Act as a primary escalation point for clients to resolve any concerns or problems with Sovereign SOC services; Triage customer requests; Update clients on status.

  • Drive internal initiatives to improve client satisfaction including working with product management on service enhancements. 

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer for Sovereign SOC clients during transition and delivery.

  • Demonstrate the use of the Detection and Response toolsets for clients.

  • Provide clients with relevant threat intelligence briefings & industry updates.

  • Initiate new Business Development opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and provide more Accenture-wide services to clients.

  • Collaborate with account team and participate in the sales cycle through Accenture Sovereign SOC tours and presentations to prospects.

  • Post-sales delivery relationship management for assigned Accenture Sovereign clients.

  • Track and drive client renewals with Accenture account team.


Job Qualifications

Here’s What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in delivering services to Federal Government agencies or critical infrastructure

  • Familiar with Managed Detection & Response and Managed Security Services offerings

  • Ability to collaborate with and coordinate client and Accenture resources

  • Demonstrate Service Delivery Management, Project Management Skill and strong grounding in Cyber Security

  • Strong communicator and presenter; comfortable working with C-Level or other IT executives

  • Able to travel to Accenture or client locations when required

Security Clearance: AGSVA Baseline with ability and willingness to obtain up to NV2
