Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications DBA to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain Oracle EBS environments (Version 12.2.X), ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role involves working closely with onshore and offshore teams in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with large on-premise implementations of Oracle eBusiness Suite

  • Perform patching and cloning of multiple Oracle eBusiness Suite environments (12.2.X).

  • Manage system administration tasks, including concurrent managers, workflow services, and database tuning.

  • Implement and maintain Oracle Server Security Standards, including account locking and password policies on Unix systems.

  • Ensure compliance with Accenture’s security and maintenance policies.

  • Conduct proactive monitoring of application health, database performance, and system infrastructure.

  • Implement Single Sign On and Multi Factor Authentication

  • Implement multi-node eBusiness Suite environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, database, and Unix layers.

  • Work effectively as a team player with both onshore and offshore teams.

  • Maintain configuration workbooks and system administration documentation for Oracle EBS environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2.X administration.

  • Strong skills in patching, cloning, and system administration.

  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration.

  • Experience in security hardening and compliance for Oracle environments.

  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate globally.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement).

  • Exposure to integration architecture and interface design for Oracle EBS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Applications DBA
