🎯 Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un Analista Sr. de Operaciones (Networking & Services) para un proyecto en la industria Broadcasting, basado en pilares clave: Strategy, Operations, Technology y Financials.
🛠 Responsabilidades principales
🔹 Networking and Services Operation
- Gestión de incidentes (Incident Manager) mediante plataformas de registro y seguimiento.
- Monitoreo de señales de TV a lo largo de la cadena de transmisión.
- Operación de eventos ocasionales en vivo.
🔹 Actividades comunes
- Cumplimiento de SLAs definidos.
- Apoyo en proyectos implementados por la gerencia.
- Consolidación de resultados mensuales.
- Comunicación con proveedores internos y externos.
- Coordinación con producciones de eventos externos.
📅 Modalidad: Turnos rotativos 4x2, incluyendo rotaciones nocturnas.
✅ Requisitos
- 🎓 Formación en Broadcast (operación en vivo, procesamiento, monitoreo de señales).
- 📈 3 a 5 años de experiencia en manejo de señales de video.
- 🖥 Conocimientos en plataformas de gestión de incidentes.
- 🎧 Herramientas para monitoreo y evaluación de audio y video.
- 🌐 Inglés avanzado (portugués es un plus).
